Cancellation/No Show Policy Agreement
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow for another client to fill your spot & helps avoid a cancellation fee. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you no show there will be $25-$50 fee (depending on the service.) This fee will need to paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you have future appointments booked, you will need to pay this fee 24 hours after receiving the invoice to secure your remaining appointments. If it is not paid, your future appointments will be cancelled.

Late Policy
Please remember to be on time for your appointments. If you arrive late your services may be altered to fit in to the remaining time. If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. If this happens you will be charged a no show fee (refer to Cancellation Policy).
